The next day they were able to ring me back and tell that it was possible to make exactly what I wanted and had priced it (which was very reasonable). I decided straight away to go ahead with the purchase and paid a deposit. They told me I could have the sofa delivered in 6 weeks. 5 weeks later I got a call from Jaybee asking if I wanted to come in to see how they were getting on with the framework to make sure I was happy with the way everything was going.
I got there one Thursday afternoon after work and when I thought it might not fit in my attic Paul put the frame into his van and drove from Glasnevin to Tallaght at 6 o’clock in the evening just to be sure. I was going to say not many other companies would do this, but, I don’t think any other companies would do this. I have since received my sofa and couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Jaybee Sofaworks value their customers and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Personally I won’t be using anyone else in the future and would to thank the staff of Jaybee for helping me achieve what I wanted and more.
